About me

I am an Israeli actress and writer who was born and raised in Israel. I moved from Israel to Switzerland in 2003. My native language is Hebrew however, I am also fluent in English and German.
For the last two decades, I have concentrated on theater, both as an actress and as a producer. With two colleagues I founded the theater group “Grenzgänger Zürich” and together we created nine productions between 2013 and 2021. In October 2021, I also produced my first play in Zurich: "Oh Mein Gott“  by Anat Gov, an Israeli playwright. The production was a great success and garnered critical acclaim.
In film and television, I am driven by complex dramas, love stories and thrillers. My best known performances in film are: "To the Sea"(2018) which won the jury first prize at the Ourense international film festival Galicia 2020, "Wir Eltern" (2019) and "Theo - Aconversation with Honesty".  The films in which I‘ve acted have screened at several A-list festivals such as Locarno, Black Nights Tallinn, and Max Ophüls .
Recently, I also attended the EFM at the Berlinale 2023 as the leading actress and producer on the film "Mission" which is currently in development and seeking co-production partners.
I have worked with the Swiss directors: Ruth Schweikert, Eric Bergkraut, Georg Isenmann, Damien Hauser, Julian M.Grünthal and Samuel Schwarz. Currently, I am working with Thom M.Valder Beker from Belgium in his new film "The War Inside" in 2023.
In my artistic work, I often deal  with political issues, such as one’s responsibility for damaging nature and the universe, hate without reason, the Israeli Palestinian conflict, and revenge. I believe my role as an actress and producer is to change circumstances that are a source of pain and conflict in the world.
I would like to open audience's eyes to controversial subjects with sensitivity and respect and provide a source of reflection and peace.
I am married to a Palliative care medical doctor and a fulfilled mother of three gorgeous children.
